I've only really read Book Four. I cheat. But I will only talk about Four, so as not to undermine what it is I don't know.
I think Four should have been a two-parter. I really do, I mean the first chapter in GoF is amazing...they should have focused a bit more on it, or hinted at it.
And as much as I adore PsychoTennant, Barty was a terrified nineteen-year-old. He could have been defiant before being imprisoned in Azkaban ((before his trial, that is)) but in the book he's terrified.
"Don't send me back to them!"? I mean, they could have showed that side to him as well as the Psycho. Since Tennant is good at BOTH, I blame the director.
I know you have to cut down a 500 page book to two and a half (or a little more) hours, and I understand the time constraints. However, I don't like this common thing nowadays with this one-sided-or two-sided villian.
THEY ARE NEVER LIKE THAT!
I did without the Dementor's Kiss, that was okay that was eliminated. *shivers*
and I think I'm done.
